Early in our career, specifically in 1992, we developed a unique technology and process for the repairs of defective Electronic Circuit boards for Industrial equipment and control systems. This operation extended to various industries and manufacturing concerns and was extremely successful for most of our clients.
With the application of these technologies and our expertise, we were able to venture in unique areas that included industrial maintenance and production management using the unique technologies and procedures that we created, some which are listed below;
The Repairman Expert Machine (TREM): This is a technology that automates and simplifies the process of managing the Electronic Circuit board repairs, and brings this rather frightfully arcane process into the realm of mere mortals.
The system is an Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE): that assists the electronic repairman detect failed components on defective electronic circuit boards, as well as components that are soon to fail. It is able to work on any electronic circuit board irrespective of the state of the board or manufacturer of the board. The system is designed to such an extent that you do not need circuit diagrams to work on these circuit boards.
The Maintenance Management Solution: The ARGUS is a maintenance management solution built on leading-edge technologies for managing the process of industrial facility and plant maintenance while equally simplifying the process.
Development of electronic hardware that monitors and translates environmental and machine operational information into digital form for direct coupling to the Argus-MMS software.
The progress of this Solution was truncated by the Kaduna Riot of 2000, as we had to disband the development team.
